En el departamento de Bolívar incluye los municipios de Magangué, San Jacinto del Cauca, Achí, Pinillos y Montecristo; departamento de Antioquia el municipio de Nechí, y en el departamento de Córdoba, el municipio de Ayapel. Esta capa ha sido alimentada desde el inicio del programa Mojana, Clima y Vida hasta la actualidad (2025) mediante el trabajo comunitario en campo y procesamiento SIG apoyado en imágenes satelitales.
